Text and phone messages

If you send text (SMS) or automated phone (voice) messages, you pay the carrier's rate — passed straight through, with no markup. Only charged if you use them.

One-time setup fee

A single charge equal to one month of your plan. It covers building your rotations, rules, banks, point system, and certifications so you're ready to run on day one.

Taxes and fees

Prices don't include any applicable taxes or fees. Those depend on where your agency is located.

Yes. Every plan includes the whole platform, plus SSO and two-step sign-in. We don't hold features back for higher tiers. The only thing that changes between plans is how many people you have.

Only two things sit on top of your plan: text and phone messages, billed at the carrier's cost with no markup (and only if you use them), and a one-time setup fee equal to one month of your plan. Prices also don't include applicable taxes and fees.
